Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between Trendzflow ("we") and the company or person using Trendzflow CRM ("you"). By creating an account or using the product you accept them.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for what the people you invite into your workspace do.
• Accounts are for business use; you must be authorised to act for your company.

Acceptable use

• Follow the law, including rules on marketing, consent and personal data.
• Send messages only to people who agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace, break security or overload the service.
• Do not upload harmful, unlawful or infringing content.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of the records and content you put into Trendzflow CRM. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

Connected services

Features that rely on outside providers, such as WhatsApp, email delivery, payments, calendars or advertising platforms, also depend on those providers' own terms and approvals. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy decisions.

Artificial intelligence output

AI features produce drafts to help you work faster. Review anything they produce before you publish or send it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you send to customers.

Fees

Where a plan is paid, charges are those quoted to you at sign-up or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes and are non-refundable for a period already used.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages or events outside our control may interrupt access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payment is not made, or if we must do so by law. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law and contact
